Your unframed print will then arrive separately, made to order, rolled and securely packed in a protective mailer tube.

Each print is meticulously giclée printed on demand, with a professional proofing process to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for printing before your order ships.

Once printed, your artwork is carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and packed in a sturdy mailing tube, accompanied by a custom Collector’s Box designed to keep your print, original pencils, and Certificate of Authenticity safe and secure.

Your order is shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided for both domestic and international shipments.

Estimated delivery times (after 5-7 business days for on demand printing):

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

Handling & Framing Recommendations

To preserve the quality and longevity of your print, we recommend having it professionally framed by a reputable framer. Although we provide white cotton gloves in your Collector’s Box for careful handling, we advise minimizing direct contact with the print surface to avoid any damage.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited edition and bespoke nature of the prints, returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
