Provenance
A record that travels with the work.
Every Wild Hearts original is individually documented from the studio and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
The certificate records the work’s title, materials, dimensions, year and unique identification number, creating a permanent physical record of the artwork and its provenance.
The Certificate
Made from the same paper as the artwork.
Each Certificate of Authenticity is produced on the same Arches Aquarelle French cotton paper used for the original artwork.
Signed by Rob Harris and Georgia Harris, each certificate carries a unique artwork number and certificate number and is finished with the Wild Hearts seal.
The certificate is designed to remain with the artwork as part of its permanent history.
The Collector Documentation
Considered beyond the artwork itself.
The certificate forms part of the Wild Hearts collector documentation, created to preserve the information and provenance accompanying each original.
From the artwork itself to its certificate and supporting materials, every element is considered as part of the experience of collecting a Wild Hearts original..
Continuing Provenance
From one collector to the next.
An artwork’s provenance does not end with its first acquisition.
The physical Certificate of Authenticity remains with the original, providing a continuing record of the work’s identity and history.
The intention is simple: that every Wild Hearts original can be identified, recorded and carried forward throughout its life.
